About Us

Ivy Ruobing He is a London based producer and founder of KoiCan Productions, with a multidisciplinary background spanning advertising, live action, animation, and AI driven storytelling. With experience across short films and documentaries, she is currently developing projects in multiple formats.

Her producing work includes award winning and festival nominated short films showcased internationally. She also brings strategic access to Asian vertical content platforms and distribution networks, positioning Koican at the intersection of global storytelling, branded content, and emerging formats.

Enrico Tessarin is a UK-based writer, producer, and executive producer with over 20 years of experience across film, television, and digital platforms. A graduate of the London Film School, he co-founded Pinch Media, producing internationally recognised series and films with global sales and accolades including an Emmy nomination, a BIFA longlist, and a United Nations Innovation Award.

He has produced over 10 feature films (budgets £250K–£5M), including projects for Amazon Studios, and documentaries such as Shoot the People, directed by Andy Mundy-Castle and featuring Misan Harriman.

He is now a lead producer and investor in vertical content in the UK, founder of Shorts2Features, and teaches film production at Royal Holloway, University of London.

July F. is a 3D Generalist and AI Visual Developer with several years of experience across 3D, AI and real time content pipelines, particularly within the extended reality industry.

She works across character and environment design, concept art, and 3D modelling, with a strong understanding of PBR workflows and tools such as Maya and Substance. With experience spanning both creative and production responsibilities, she is skilled at adapting assets across different workflows while balancing visual quality with technical constraints.

Projects she has worked on have been featured on VR immersive interactive platforms, reflecting her engagement with innovative real time and spatial storytelling formats. She is particularly interested in AI driven visual storytelling, interactive content, and emerging production pipelines that enable more expressive and efficient visual workflows.

Raghida Ismail is a Lebanese-born, London-based award-winning writer and producer with over 8 years of experience across film and digital formats. A graduate of the Producer Master’s program at Royal Holloway, University of London, she has worked across short films, documentaries, commercials, and 10 vertical-format projects. Her acclaimed short film First Anniversary received multiple award nominations.

Drawing on her Middle Eastern heritage, Raghida develops original IP that blends cultural authenticity with universal themes, amplifying underrepresented voices through emotionally grounded storytelling. She also brings access to funding networks from the Middle East, supporting the development and financing of internationally positioned projects.

Mochan Liu is a writer, editor, and screenwriter with a background in architecture and a distinctive voice shaped by subcultures, outsider perspectives, and a sharp sensitivity to human complexity. She is currently Chief Editor at one of the world’s leading short drama platforms, where she has led the development and release of multiple breakout hits with total viewership reaching into the billions. She is also an accomplished novelist with published works in China, while her experience extends across both editorial development and screenwriting.

 

With a strong instinct for story, audience, and emotional rhythm, she brings a rare combination of creative depth, commercial insight, and narrative precision. Her work moves across genres, often carrying a dry, dark humour that gives even her sharpest stories a distinct edge.
